4. PENTIRE MARTINI No.6

Pentire Adrift 50ml
3 Nocellara olives in brine
5 ml olive brine
3 black pepper corns
5 ml maple syrup

Wedge of grapefruit (squeeze)

Garnish: Olive


5. PENTIRE ACV WITH TURMERIC

50ml Pentire
15ml unpasteurised cider vinegar
15ml Honey syrup
150ml Soda

Garnish: Slice of fresh turmeric & fresh fennel leaves



6. PENTIRE BAY MARTINI

50ml Pentire
3 bay leaves

Serve over a large ice cube with a fresh bay leaf for garnish.

 

7. PENTIRE COLLINS

75ml Pentire 
25ml Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Sugar (or honey)
150ml Soda water

Garnish with a lemon slice or to be more snazzy just use the lemon zest. 

8. PENTIRE PALOMAR

50ml Pentire
25ml Grapefruit syrup*
15ml Fresh lime juice
25ml Fresh grapefruit juice
Soda to taste
Pinch of Cornish sea salt

Garnish with a lime or grapefruit slice

*Equal parts caster sugar and fresh grapefruit juice (as a sugar alternative you can use honey or agave).

 

8. PENTIRE SOUR

50ml Pentire
25ml Fresh lemon juice
20ml Lapsang Souchong tea syrup*/ sugar syrup if you prefer
1 Egg white/ 25ml aquafaba
3 bay leaves

Garnish with single bay leaf.
