Recipe: Pentire Collins
Citrusy, refreshing, delicious, and simple cocktail to make at home. This is a take on a classic cocktail the 'Tom Collins', here we are replacing gin with Pentire which compliments the botanical blend in Pentire Adrift.
Ingredients:
Pentire- 75ml
Fresh lemon juice- 25ml
Sugar- 1 teaspoon or a squeeze of honey
Soda water- 150ml
Method:
This is low fuss, and not much more complex than making a gin and tonic. Begin with a glass full of ice, then pour in 75ml of Pentire, then add 25ml of Lemon juice, add in 1 teaspoon of sugar, then top with around 150ml of soda water before giving it a quick stir.
Garnish with a lemon slice or to be more snazzy just use the lemon zest. In the picture above we got a little bit fancy with charred lemon to add some depth.
