Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity to join the Pentire journey! We’re growing fast and need help organising our operations and supply chain to ensure the business runs smoothly and that we are able to fulfil orders fast and efficiently.

You will join our existing operations team and help manage our logistics, as well as ordering from and managing suppliers. There is scope for the role to expand into production, export and contributing to our strategic direction as we grow the company.



  • Manage and improve our supply chain
  • Manage our inventory
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
  • Establish and maintain business standards for quality and reliability
  • Manage budget to align with goals of business
  • Manage production once trained


The ideal candidate

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience in FMCG
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
  • Resourceful – suggesting ideas when things go wrong!
  • Strategic – suggesting improvements to our existing practices
  • Love of the outdoors is helpful!



  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
  • Location: UK – Cornwall or London preferred. WFH flexible, but must be able to travel (drive) when required.

Role: Community and Customer Comms Manager (London or Cornwall)

We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated with great people skills to help manage all comms with trade and direct customers across email, social and other channels. This is a great opportunity to get involved with a fast growing company in a healthy and expanding industry, with plenty of room for development. 

Our Community and Customer Comms Manager will play a critical role in shaping positive perceptions of our brand so we're looking for someone with great energy who will give our customers the best experience possible when interacting with Pentire.

Location flexible. We have offices in North Cornwall and Central London so ideally near one of those.

The ideal candidate:

    • Hard working and super efficient, great at communicating and good with people
    • Keen to get involved with other areas of the business that interest you and support your skill set and future growth ambitions
    • Aligned with us on a love for active outdoor living
    • Experience in a customer facing role preferred
    • Min 1 - 2 years experience

Core responsibilities:

  • Managing all comms with trade and direct customers across email, social and other channels across all stages of the communication process (from concept to message development and results orientated evaluation)
  • Supporting with sampling events where required
  • Being agile and happy to support the Sales & Marketing team when required


  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (part time opportunities available) 
  • Location: UK – Cornwall or London preferred. WFH flexible, but must be able to travel (drive) when required.
  • Salary: £20 - 30k plus benefits
  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus public holidays

As the demand for Pentire increases and the opportunity for growth in our sector expands, we are looking for incredible sales professionals to build our customer base whilst strengthening relationships with existing customers.

We stand for active outdoor living and believe in the power of health and getting out there. It’s really important all applicants share that belief and use it alongside min 2 years industry experience in a sales FMCG role, preferably drinks experience. We execute to a high level, deliver amazing customer service, and collaborate with the best retailers, restaurants and stores in a human way.


  • Winning new customers.
  • Strengthening existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborating with the team and work towards shared goals.
  • Training trade customers.
  • Tastings and activations for customers and consumers.
  • Ability to communicate, inspire and prioritise.
  • Organised across lead generation and CRM software.


  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5, with occasional flexibility for customer and company needs.
  • Location: UK - Cornwall or London or National.
  • Salary: £25-50k plus benefits.
  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus public holiday.

Role: Sales Executive (London)

To build distribution along with visibility and awareness of Pentire in London
and the surrounding areas. To grow customer relationships across both the
on and off trade to develop sales and the prominence of Pentire in affluent
suburb areas.

What does the role look like:
- Secure distribution for Pentire in all main channels where applicable across
the on trade and off trade.
- Nurture existing customers and develop our sales within them by growing
range along with rate of sale
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for visibility
driving activities with your area
- Gain display space within accounts to maximise visibility for the brand
- Identify new opportunities to grow revenues within your area
- Develop the tools / POS necessary to drive visibility & awareness
- Work closely with the marketing team to help manage resource for
sampling activities
- Deliver against the annual sales targets for the region
- Work autonomously but with the support of HQ to create and execute the
weekly, monthly and annual plan
- Field based with agreed region within London and surrounding area.

Salary £25k + 15% Quarterly bonus

Growth & Digital Marketing Manager

As we progress on our growth journey, direct to consumer and online channels are continually expanding. We look to lead the space with this channel being absolutely key to the success of the company. 

The ideal candidate has deep experience managing paid social online advertising, and is keen to get stuck into a challenge whilst aligning to our values as an active living and outdoor company looking to really make a positive change. 

The ideal candidate 

  • Experience in consumer brands.
  • Ability to plan and execute performance advertising and paid ads. 
  • Optimise and distribute online content strategically. 
  • Willing to work across multiple channels.  
  • Plan an execute activity to improve web conversions and traffic. 
  • Can deliver to set revenue targets and key goals of the company.
  • Strong ability to communicate and work with teams in house and other agencies.
