Growth & Digital Marketing Manager

Closes: 30th September 2021

As we progress on our growth journey, direct to consumer and online channels are continually expanding. We look to lead the space with this channel being absolutely key to the success of the company. 

The ideal candidate has deep experience managing paid social online advertising, and is keen to get stuck into a challenge whilst aligning to our values as an active living and outdoor company looking to really make a positive change. 

The ideal candidate 

  • Experience in consumer brands.
  • Ability to plan and execute performance advertising and paid ads. 
  • Optimise and distribute online content strategically. 
  • Willing to work across multiple channels.  
  • Plan an execute activity to improve web conversions and traffic. 
  • Can deliver to set revenue targets and key goals of the company.
  • Strong ability to communicate and work with teams in house and other agencies. 

Spec

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5.
  • Location: UK - Cornwall or London.
  • Salary: Dependant on experience.
  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus public holiday.

As the demand for Pentire increases and the opportunity for growth in our sector expands, we are looking for incredible sales professionals to build our customer base whilst strengthening relationships with existing customers.

We stand for active outdoor living and believe in the power of health and getting out there. It’s really important all applicants share that belief and use it alongside min 2 years industry experience in a sales FMCG role, preferably drinks experience. We execute to a high level, deliver amazing customer service, and collaborate with the best retailers, restaurants and stores in a human way.

Focus

  • Winning new customers.
  • Strengthening existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborating with the team and work towards shared goals.
  • Training trade customers.
  • Tastings and activations for customers and consumers.
  • Ability to communicate, inspire and prioritise.
  • Organised across lead generation and CRM software.

Spec

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5, with occasional flexibility for customer and company needs.
  • Location: UK - Cornwall or London or National.
  • Salary: Dependant on role/experience.
  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus public holiday.
