We spent an unforgettable night in Soho, London for our first Aperitivo Hour event, hosted by our friends at Kamara by Brother Marcus. Guests enjoyed a lineup of cocktails that showcased Pentire at its best, including this refreshing Cardamom & Cucumber Cooler – a collaborative serve that brought together fresh, savoury and subtly spiced notes.

Ingredients
25ml Pentire Seaward
10ml Green shiso & mint cordial
10ml Cardamom cordial
5ml Cucumber pickle brine
45ml Light tonic
45ml Soda water
Method
In a glass full of ice add 25ml Pentire Seaward, 10ml green shiso and mint cordial, 10ml cardamom cordial, a dash of pickle brine and lightly stir to combine. Top with 45ml light tonic and 45ml soda water. Give a gentle final stir and garnish with a slice of pickled cucumber.
