50 ml / 2 oz Pentire Adrift
25ml / 1 oz Elderflower Cordial
10ml Lemon Juice
Soda Water

Shake the Pentire Adrift, cordial, lemon juice and mint leaves with ice. Strain into a glass full of fresh ice. Top with soda. Garnish with mint and lemon.
