HOLM is a restaurant nestled in the quaint village of South Petherton, Somerset. As the fourth restaurant opening from the team behind London restaurants Salon, Levan and Larry's; HOLM seeks to connect people to the land through the use of locally sourced ingredients.

  

	For us, HOLM encompasses everything we look for in a restaurant: a seasonal menu using ingredients with good provenance, a drinks menu made up of small artisinal producers and a casual yet refined place to eat.
