Sunday Stillness is about finding connection. With panoramic views of the ocean at Carbis Bay, we invite you to lean into the restorative power of nature and to gather for a new, morning ritual brought to you by Ugly Butterly, Yogi Bare and Pentire Drinks.
Designed to create space for you to breath, reflect and restore, our morning ritual will begin with a guided yoga flow from Paul Finnie and a meditation by Kat Pither. We will then gather on the beach at Carbis Bay to embrace the healing powers of the Ocean and to nourish our bodies with drinks by Pentire and a meal by the chefs behind Ugly Butterfly.
As a thank you for taking part, Yogi Bare have kindly agreed to gift everyone with a yoga mat to use during the event and to take home at the end of the day.

Timings:
- 10:30 - Yoga Flow by Paul Finnie at Ugly Butterfly
- 11:15 - Meditation by Kat Pither (owner of Yogi Bare) at Ugly Butterfly
- 11:45 - Shared swim at Carbis Bay
- 12:30 onwards - Drinks & Brunch beside the fire by Pentire & Ugly Butterfly
